Collecting Information
We collect personal information, through our “Contact us“ page and also by telephone and email. This information includes details such as name, address, telephone number and e-mail address and, where visitors are under 18, their age.
Usage
We use this personal information to deal with your requests such as providing you with information about your reservation and may from time to time use it to inform you of our products and services, both before and subsequent to your initial stay. A significant number of our guests return each year. Your personal information may be retained so that it can be reused on subsequent visits, though we would of course be happy to delete it at any time at your request (see "Opt-out & Deletion" below). The information will not be passed on to any third party outside of the business unless you have given your consent (e.g. when making a credit card payment to The Granary Apartments) or there is a legal obligation to do so (but please see "welcome board" below).
Welcome Board
We have a "Welcome Board", on which we write your names and allocated apartment, as a way of welcoming new arrivals. This board is visible from the roadside. If you do not wish your names to be displayed in this manner, please let us know prior to your arrival - many thanks.
